Zakhraf Studio ("Zakhraf", "we", "us") is a browser-based application for generating Islamic geometric patterns, operated as a sole trader in the United Kingdom. Contact: hello@zakhraf.studio.
Zakhraf generates geometric patterns in your browser and lets you export them in various formats. A Free tier is available without an account. A paid Creator tier unlocks additional pattern engines, export formats and a commercial-use licence. We may change, add to or withdraw features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes to paid features.
Some features require an account, created via a magic link sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that email secure. You must provide an address you control and must not create an account on another person's behalf without authority.
You retain all rights in the patterns you create. Patterns generated while you hold an active Creator subscription may be used for commercial purposes. Patterns exported on the Free tier are for personal and evaluation use and carry a watermark on raster exports. We claim no ownership over your designs.
You agree not to use Zakhraf to break the law, to infringe the rights of others, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure.
Zakhraf is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or goodwill.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a revised "last updated" date, and where they affect paid features we will give reasonable notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
